However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with the quality of the product you receive, please contact us immediately. In the rare event of a quality concern, we are more than happy to send a replacement product at no additional cost, including shipping fees.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photos of the product.
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will promptly send out a replacement product and cover the shipping expense.
  • We reserve the right to review and approve all replacement requests on a case-by-case basis, ensuring a fair process for all customers.
